The reactive power compensation device of automatic switching parallel capacitor bank is widely used in the hub substation to improve the power quality in the grid and the power factor of the transmission line, and reduce the circuit loss. The switching and operation of the reactive power compensation device raised the question of how to effectively reduce the inrush current multiple at the moment of closing in the capacitor and suppress the high-order harmonics in the capacitor

The coil adopts split cylinder type, multi-segment gap iron core pure dry structure, pure copper coil, which will not cause the coil to age and crack, so as to facilitate the recycling of raw materials and reduce environmental pollution.
The coil, iron core, and insulating fasteners are firmly combined after double vacuum treatment with special solvent-free insulating varnish for the reactor and the insulating impregnated varnish for the outer covering.
The outer insulating paint has strong hydrophobicity, low partial discharge, and can operate safely in harsh environments for a long time.
The whole core is vacuum-impregnated with epoxy resin paint to ensure mechanical strength and reduce the noise level of the reactor more effectively.
Moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, good fireproof characteristics, and ducts are left to ensure good ventilation and heat dissipation performance.
