The system is a modular system that includes the main control unit, current unit, arc extender, arc relay, and arc unit.

Overview

The arc protection is grouped based on current acquisition units, with a total of 272 arc probes that can be tuned and associated to any set of current signals. When the arc light unit transmits the light signal from the arc light sensor to the main control unit, and at the same time, the current starting element acts and the arc light protection acts. The device can choose the arc light signal action as the action judgment.


The failure start protection is initiated by the arc protection action, and the detection current element judges the return. The current element is composed of phase current, zero-sequence current, and negative-sequence current, which can be set as “input” or “exit” respectively through the “soft strap”. Failure start protection can be set to choose whether to pass through the closed position of the circuit breaker to block.

  • It can effectively filter out all kinds of ordinary visible light and 100% shield the infrared region, and can effectively distinguish the arc light of 200nm-400nm (ultraviolet region, near ultraviolet region, part of purple light).

  • Measuring angle: 0°~210° measuring angle, compared with other arc light sensors whose maximum measuring angle is only 120°, truly achieve no dead angle measurement.

  • Detection sensitivity200nm-400nm) : 0.01mW/cm²

  • Easy installation: The installation interface adopts FC type or directly connects to the secondary terminal.

  • MTBF: 100,000 hours
